The members of the Capt. Charles Osborne Post 5189 VFW, of Vicksburg will hold an annual summer celebration at the clubhouse at Kline’s Resort on Silver Street at August 25 at 6 p.m. All military veterans or active duty members and their spouses are invited to attend.
