
Bob Merrill is an expert at cooking brats along with the other three guys from the Lions Club who help to cook the brats each summer. “I think I cook them better than the other guys because I use a lot less grease and get them just right without deep frying them,” Merrill claims. He ought to know, since he is almost a founding member of the Lions Club and has been cooking the brats in tandem with John Polasek and Wayne Smith for years.
