The Vicksburg bowling teams finished their seasons with senior Bryce Reenders earning a spot in the MHSAA Division 2 singles tournament during Regionals at Continental Lanes, qualifying him for the state finals.

Reenders was the most consistent bowler the team had all season. He also earned all-conference honorable mention along with Hunter Myers.

The boys did better than the girls this season, finishing third in league and 12th in conference. “We did as well as we should have,” Head Coach James Myers said after the girls portion of the tournament ended. He noted the girls improved steadily this season.

Both teams will have potential to grow in the future. Besides Reenders, the two teams will only lose two other seniors between them in Nicholas Richards and Kylie Kalleward.
