2/10 – Sat. Cataloguing Basics at the Vicksburg Historic Village. Learn how to process, describe, and catalogue artifacts. 10 a.m.-noon. RSVP with April at collections@vicksburghistory.org

2/14 – Wed. ReCharge at the Vicksburg District Library. 4th and 5th graders can enjoy crafts, snacks, and games. Parents do not have to attend. 4-5 p.m.

2/15 – Thurs. Knitting Group at the Vicksburg District Library. Bring your own knitting and enjoy company around a fireplace. 9-10 a.m.

2/16 – Fri. Coffeehouse Concert: Hackneyed Quips at the Vicksburg Community Center. Refreshments Provided. Cover charge $6. Concert starts 7 p.m., doors open at 6:30 p.m.

2/22 – Thur. Data Entry at the Vicksburg Historic Village. Learn how to enter artifacts and archives into the database. 10 a.m.-noon. RSVP with April at collections@vicksburghistory.org

2/23 – Fri. New Artist Reception at the Vicksburg Cultural Arts Center. Enjoy refreshments and talk to artists about their work. 6-8 p.m. This event is free to all!

2/24 – Sat. Historic Village Docent Training at the Vicksburg Historic Village. 10 a.m.-noon. RSVP with April at collections@vicksburghistory.org

3/2, 3/3, 3/4 -Fri., Sat., Sun., Vicksburg Rotary Club Showboat at the Performing Arts Center. 7 p.m. and matinee at 2 p.m.

3/2, 3/3, 3/4 – Fri., Sat., Sun., Troop 251 Boy Scouts Spaghetti Dinner before the Showboat from 5-7 p.m. Brunch on Sunday from noon to 2 p.m., all in the High School cafeteria.

2/17 – Sat. Battle of the Books at the Schoolcraft Performance Auditorium. Begins 10 a.m.

2/20 – Tue. New Fangled Technology at the Schoolcraft Community Library. Bring smart phones, iPads, and other technology for a demonstration and Q&A.

2/21 – Wed. Preschool Open House at the Schoolcraft Co-op Preschool located 169 N. Cedar Street Schoolcraft MI 49087. 6-7:30 p.m.

2/22 – Thur. Battle of the Books Grand Battle at the Schoolcraft Performance Auditorium at 7 p.m.

3/6 – Tue. What Makes News? Demonstration at the Schoolcraft Community Library. Guest speaker Sue Moore will be speaking about life in the newspaper business. Begins 1 p.m.
