DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the completion of the transcontinental railroad in 1869 with a visit to the Depot Museum! \nOn Saturday\, May 9 the Depot Museum will be open 11am-5pm. Learn about local railroad history\, check out the caboose and boxcar\, view trains from the Station Master’s Office (the BEST place to watch a train go by). \nFrom 1pm-4pm\, enjoy a train craft\, demonstrations\, and more! \nAt 1:30\, the Canadian National Railroad Police will give an Operation Lifesaver presentation. Great for kids and adults to learn about railroad and railroad crossing safety! \nCheck back for more details.
