Kitchens of Schoolcraft
Elizabeth Hamilton and Harriett Swartz, display their book entitled the Kitchens of Schoolcraft. It was a volunteer effort by these two ladies, along with those whose kitchens and recipes are featured. The book is available for purchase at the Schoolcraft library for $15. With only 250 printed, they are going fast.
