5/18 – Mon. The Vicksburg Victorian Garden Club will be visiting Hidden Savanna Nursery on May 18. Meet at the Historic Village Depot at 5:30 to car pool since there is limited parking. The club will be learning about native Michigan plants and have an opportunity to purchase plants. Guests are encouraged to attend. 5/21 – through June 25 Diabetes Path: classes on six weeks to better health, workshop offered by MI Offices of Services to the Aging. 1-3:30 p.m., Vicksburg District Library. Adults with diabetes, family members, friends and caregivers can benefit from the classes. Call SCCS 649-2901 to register in advance.
5/23 – Sat. Pancake breakfast sponsored by the Portage-Brady Masonic Lodge at 4371 W. U Ave., Schoolcraft, from 7-11 a.m. All you can eat for $5, kids under 5 and under $3. It is to benefit the Lodge’s Scholarship fund.
