June Potter, celebrating her 100th birthday in June, was born in Vicksburg to Nora and Earl Lash, and married to Herbert Potter for more than 70 years until his death in 2013. They had three daughters: Judy (Dutch) of Vicksburg, Sue (Max) of Scotts, and Joyce (Joe) of Montana. The family invites her friends and neighbors to a celebration June 11, from 2-5 p.m. at Chapman Nazarene Church on the corner of 29th Street and U Avenue, Vicksburg.
