

Vicksburg Community Schools 4th through 8th graders will present “Shrek Jr.” on Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21 at 7 p.m. and again on Sunday, October 22 at 2 p.m. in the Vicksburg Performing Arts Center. The show is led by director Melissa Sparks and musical director Dustin Morris.
Come see this well-loved story of a crude, reclusive ogre in the magical land of Duloc. See ravenous dragons, hilarious donkeys, kings, princesses, and true love.
Many students from Vicksburg Middle School and all three elementary schools are involved in this production. With 115 in the company – 65 in the cast and 50 in the crew – it’s a show full of talent and energy.
