Nadia Steeby of Schoolcraft, age 56, died peacefully at home on January 6, 2026. Born April 18, 1969, Nadia lived a life deeply rooted in faith and family. Her unwavering trust in God shaped every aspect of her life and inspired her to serve others with compassion and joy. A devoted wife and mother, Nadia found her greatest purpose in caring for her family, always placing their needs above her own and cherishing every moment together.

Nadia’s Christian faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her through both joy and hardship. Even in illness, her devotion never wavered; instead, it grew stronger as she prayed for and encouraged those around her. Through her steadfast faith, selfless love, and enduring positivity, Nadia leaves a legacy of hope, kindness, and faithful service that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.

Surviving are her husband, Mark Steeby; children, Ashton Steeby and Jacob Steeby; mother, Mona Naoum; and extended family. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 13, from 10 AM – 11 AM at Calvary Bible Church, Kalamazoo. A funeral service will begin at 11 AM with a reception to follow. Burial at Schoolcraft Cemetery.
