July 1: Movie & Popcorn, all ages, 1-3 pm. Pre-registration required. See staff for title information.

July 9, 16, 23, 30: Dancing Stories with Miss Lisa, ages 3-K, 10-11 am. Preregistration required. Stories brought to life thru movement.

July 9: Heroes in the Making, grades 1-3, 12-12:45 pm. Pre-registration required. Heroic craft projects.

Heroes in the Making, grades 4-5, 2-2:45 pm. Pre-registration required. Heroic craft projects.

July 9: Disney Villains, grades 6 and up, 3:30-4:30 pm. Disney’s Monopoly Villains game with snacks.

July 14: Beginner Acrylics, grades 6 and up, 2-3 pm. Pre-registration required. Unmask your inner artist & create a work of art!

July 15: Rock & Roll Heroes, all ages, 11-12 pm. Interactive concert featuring the legends like Elvis Presley.

July 22: Community Heroes, grades 1-5, Burch Park, 11-12:15 pm. Pre-registration required. Get to know your local heroes with games in the park.

July 23: Heroes & Villains, grades 6 and up, 3-4 pm. Mask making & hair chalk.

July 29: END OF THE SUMMER PARTY! Magic of John Dudley, 11-12 pm. Pre-registration required. Top readers announced.

July 30: SUMMER PIZZA PARTY! Grades 6 and up, 1-2 pm. Pre-registration required. Pizza, superhero trivia, top readers announced.

Tuesdays in July: PAWS & PAGES, ages 3-5, 1-1:20 pm. Pre-registration encouraged. Preschoolers come and listen to a story with a therapy dog!

Tuesdays & Thursdays in July: TALES TO TAILS, ages 6 and up, call library for times. Sign up to read to a therapy dog.

Summer Events for the Adults

July 8: Adult Book Discussion with Local Author Doug Tuttle, 2-3 pm. Discussion of What to Do When You Don’t Know What To Do.

August 5: Adult Book Discussion Group Prairie Page Turners, 2-3 pm. Poetry participants choose a book and come ready to discuss.

August 18: The Cheese Lady Presentation & Sampling, 6-7 pm. Pre-registration required. Adult program, donations encouraged.
