Vicksburg’s varsity tennis program has once again started off the season with big wins by Ayden Flickinger, Connor Siefert, Corbin Wallace and David Rutt in singles.

The Bulldogs picked up second place finishes as a team in the early part of the season in the Allegan Quad and Caledonia Invitational meets. “The season is going fantastic,” Head Coach Warner Offord said.

Vicksburg has had strong junior varsity squads the last few years and Offord said they are starting to see the benefits. But he also noted the Wolverine Conference is as strong as it has ever been. Competition to keep an eye on will include Sturgis, Allegan and, of course, Edwardsburg.
