Winter snowfall

by | Dec 2024 | Voices & Series

As we put the finishing touches on this December edition, fresh snow has fallen overnight. The flocked pine branches in the corner of the yard belong on a Christmas Card, and once I fill the bird feeders, we will have many hungry visitors. In spite of the cold weather, winter offers such beauty!

We hope you enjoy our December edition, which features a return to our Collectors Column. We have another collection for January, but after that, we need more collections to feature! Please send information to kforsythesouthcountynews@gmail.com.

Take advantage of all the activities happening in our area: Schoolcraft’s Annual Christmas Walk on December 7, Caroling on the Corner in Scotts on December 8, and Vicksburg’s Christmas in the ‘Burg on December 14, as well as special programs at our area churches.

Please remember to shop local when possible. Every dollar spent locally helps keep our small towns healthy and vibrant. Thank you to our readership partners and our loyal advertisers.
